Brak Obama.
GET IT
I had this all planned out, and then Sam Snow just HAD to comment with this idea like he came up with it! I guess he did it, but I did too beforehand and didn’t tell him. Really. Not to be a dick or anything. I kinda rushed through this for that reason, but I think it turned out alright.
I like psychological horror stuff. I might start writing that kind of thing, like as a short story. But only if I think of something really good. I like creative writing, and I’m taking a class on it next semester, but I’ve been a little behind on it recently. And I doubt people will take my horror stuff seriously if I normally post crap like Brak Obama.
It may seem like I keep getting bored of stuff and moving on to other things, from writing to sketches to movies and so on. But that is not the case, honest. I’m still reading a bunch on iphone programming and Anders’ Game 2 is nearing completion. The only thing I’ve really given up is making cartoons in flash. And games. I really don’t want to do that anymore. It’s nice to know how, but it’s too much work with too little payoff.
I get a lot of views whenever I post something new, but very few comments! Validate my efforts?
Itagaki House.
Click the image to play. Then click again once it starts to activate it.
Tomonobu Itagaki was the head dude at some place that made volleyball video games and he got in trouble for groping some girls or something and so this game trivializes sexual harassment and the like and you should go for the high score.
Made for the BDPE 50th episode present! Five episodes late. Thanks for the good times, fellas. Stay real.
Art by Sam Snow! DAMN that guy is cool.
EDIT: After some complaints that the game is too difficult, I made that robot paper a bit slower. ARE YOU HAPPY NOW. I have no plans of updating this at all. I really don’t want to work in flash, however alluringly easy it is. -10-19-09
Anders’ Game 2 behind the scenes.
A few of the many parts that made me laugh while watching the footy so far. They don’t give too much away.
Frankenstein launched.
Sorry I haven’t been updating. I’ve been trying very hard to keep up in school and learn how to make iphone games. As you can see, I’ve got a working build of my new game, “One line of self-obsessive text.” Comin’ at your iphone this holiday season.
All that for one line of text! I’m not used to that. Stay ‘tooned!
The Eraser.
Everybody makes mistakes. That’s why pencils have an eraser on the end…
Woot scanners! A bit got cut off though.
These are some drawings of my very favorite comic book character from my very favorite comic book collection, Bizarro Comics! In particular, Who Erased the Eraser?, written by Eddie Campbell and drawn by Hunt Emerson.
I didn’t trace these, as you can probably tell. I’m trying to ease out of that. I like the look of it, but it’s too easy. I used the comic as a reference, though. Like I said, eeeease.
I really want to change up my drawing style more. Make it sharper, more straight lines. I’ll be working on it, of that we can be sure.
Consider this the launch of leovader.com, season two! Look forward to many, many updates.
Or don’t.
